Description

You'll inspect work-in-progress, finished garments, and returned merchandise to ensure they meet company quality standards. You'll conduct inspections, document issues, and support internal teams with quality-related feedback.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience in garment construction and/or apparel manufacturing
• 1-3 years quality control experience in apparel industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of factory TOPs (Top of Production samples)
• Perform in-line inspections on garments during production
• Conduct final audits including visual inspection and measurement verification
• Identify, document, and recommend corrective actions for quality issues
• Inspect returned merchandise to determine defect types and root causes
