💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits at a primary care practice that is part of Amazon. You'll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, perform procedures, and supervise NPs or PAs. This role offers continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and a competitive compensation package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics (or board eligible with plan to certify within 1 year)
• State licensed in New York before start date
