Description

You will maintain and improve systems, tools, and workflows for engineers and business teams, providing hands-on IT support, troubleshooting, and automation to keep our AI-powered platform running efficiently.

Requirements

• 2+ years in IT Systems, Enterprise IT, Systems Engineering, or DevOps-internal tooling
• Strong scripting skills (Python preferred; Go is a plus)
• Troubleshooting across macOS/Windows endpoints and networking basics
• Experience with identity and access workflows (Okta/Entra, Google Workspace/M365)
• Comfortable in Linux environments and operational best practices

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for Windows and macOS environments
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain Google Workspace, Slack, and security tools
• Support enterprise conference AV systems
