You'll handle inquiries, process applications, and perform administrative tasks to ensure a great student experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle incoming service inquiries in person, phone, or digitally
• Document interactions in CRM system according to SLAs
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain student records
• Assist students with licensing applications and fingerprints

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year in customer service or administrative role
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of at least 20 wpm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
