You'll manage and grow relationships with major agency holding companies like WPP, Publicis, and Dentsu, ensuring they maximize value from Samba's audience targeting and measurement solutions. You'll drive audience activation strategies and deliver a seamless agency experience across planning, activation, and measurement workflows. Your efforts will directly impact agency satisfaction and account growth within these large holding company relationships.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day account relationships with large independent agencies and HoldCo partners.
- Develop strategic account plans, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Oversee audience segment setup and delivery across SSPs and programmatic buying platforms.
- Lead business reviews focused on adoption, performance insights, and expansion opportunities.
📋 Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or programmatic strategy roles.
- Direct experience working with agency holding companies such as WPP, Publicis, or Dentsu is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of audience activation and programmatic buying across DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira, Asana, etc.) and Excel (SUMIFS, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
✨ Nice to Have
- Background in programmatic trading or campaign management at a HoldCo or operating agency.
- SQL skills are a plus.

- Requires in-office 3 days a week with possibility of increasing in the future.
