💼 About This Role

You'll manage and expand relationships with Frontify's top enterprise customers in North America. You'll act as a trusted advisor, uncovering growth opportunities and driving long-term success. This role blends strategic relationship management with commercial expertise in a hybrid work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own expansion and renewal targets with focus on upsells/cross-sells.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the US.
  • Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with operational users to C-level executives.

📋 Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in enterprise account management or sales
  • Proven record managing large, complex customer relationships in the US market
  • Interest in enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions
  • Build trust-based relationships with VP- and C-level decision-makers

  • Experience with brand or creative technology platforms
