You'll manage and expand relationships with Frontify's top enterprise customers in North America. You'll act as a trusted advisor, uncovering growth opportunities and driving long-term success. This role blends strategic relationship management with commercial expertise in a hybrid work environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own expansion and renewal targets with focus on upsells/cross-sells.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the US.
- Develop strategic account plans aligning customer priorities with platform capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with operational users to C-level executives.
📋 Requirements
- 4-6+ years of B2B SaaS experience in enterprise account management or sales
- Proven record managing large, complex customer relationships in the US market
- Interest in enterprise marketing, brand, or creative technology solutions
- Build trust-based relationships with VP- and C-level decision-makers
