Description

You'll work closely with customers to set up and optimize their accounts for AI-driven marketing performance, design and refine prompts for LLMs, and deliver strategic insights through reports and presentations. Collaboration with product and account teams ensures customer feedback drives improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing, data-focused role or analytical SaaS experience
  • Experience in data analysis and optimization in SaaS or AI environment
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into strategies
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM behavior is a plus
  • Experience with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards)

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize customer accounts for AI performance
  • Design, test, and refine LLM prompts to align with customer goals
  • Serve as primary service advisor, deliver insights and monthly deliverables
  • Turn data into clear strategic recommendations for stakeholders
  • Partner with product and account teams to feed insights into roadmap
