You will design, develop, and deploy test solutions for aerospace and defense programs, overseeing full lifecycle from requirements to verification. This role involves leading technical teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• Minimum 5 years relevant engineering experience
• Experience in electrical engineering design or software automation
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Develop test HW/SW/firmware from requirements through deployment
• Lead small engineering teams, overseeing technical execution and reporting cost/schedule
• Identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout development lifecycle
• Guide mechanical engineering and suppliers on test adapter design
• Support manufacturing operations with on-site troubleshooting and debugging
