You'll lead strategic captures for high-value Air Force pursuits in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud, driving opportunity shaping and proposal execution. Your work will directly support national defense missions with adaptive innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with BD Executive to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
• Lead full capture lifecycle from shaping to proposal submission.
• Develop capture strategies aligned to mission needs and funding timelines.
• Build and manage cross-functional capture teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Capture Management experience with 5 years focused on Air Force.
• Demonstrated success in winning complex full-and-open or large small business opportunities.
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and major vehicles (e.g., IDIQ, GWAC).

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree and/or Shipley certification.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and market research platforms.
