💼 About This Role

You'll take responsibility for fund accounting and investor reporting for VC/PE funds, ensuring transparency and trust among fund managers and LPs. You'll drive automation and digitization of processes and work with product and engineering teams to standardise operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare accurate investor reports with performance metrics and NAV calculations.
• Manage annual financial statements and coordinate with auditors.
• Review accounting data, reconciliations, and valuations.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate processes.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or controlling.
• 5 years of experience in fund accounting for alternative investments.
• Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with integrated operations, accounting/reporting, and tax.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg or US accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
