Description

You will lead HR analytics initiatives from scratch, defining key metrics, building dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to support hiring, compensation, and people decisions. This role offers the opportunity to shape analytics in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics to improve recruitment and HR workflows
• Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for stakeholders
• Design and maintain monitoring reporting and dashboards for hiring and HR workflows
• Assess and improve effectiveness of HR processes and automation
• Support data-driven analysis related to compensation and rewards
