Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI implementations for enterprise customers, combining hands-on technical execution with consultative delivery to shape how Klaviyo's AI-powered Customer Agent Platform transforms customer experience and support operations.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of LLMs and agentic primitives
• Experience with customer-facing technical work and stakeholder management
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity of early-stage product delivery
• Native understanding of business operations and CX
• Experience configuring AI agents and integrating with external systems

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent implementations for enterprise customers
• Lead technical discovery conversations to map complex support taxonomies
• Design and configure specialized Agents, Procedures, and Custom Tools
• Rigorously test custom agents using Simulation framework and Telemetry/Tracing
• Drive KPI reporting and translate metrics into business value terms
