You'll lead an Account Development team at Postman, the world's leading API platform. You'll drive exponential growth within the corporate sector by coaching ADRs and generating qualified meetings. This role offers a unique opportunity to rapidly scale a European team in a technical SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Account Development Representatives
- Provide hands-on coaching on account research and cold calling
- Leverage data for informed business decisions aligned with go-to-market strategy
- Design outbound campaigns and review sequences for prospecting
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years leading an ADR/SDR/BDR sales team in a SaaS environment
- Experience in API/Software Development/DevOps space strongly preferred
- Proven ability to create and iterate sales development processes and methodology
- Strong track record navigating within large corporate and mid-market organizations

- Experience in a closing sales role
