Description

You will define and drive complex, technical product initiatives with strategic impact at Oscar Health, focusing on AI research and development. You'll partner with engineering, data, and design to lead initiatives across domains, mentor peers, and align with senior leaders on priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• 1+ years of Product Management experience in AI or healthcare
• Experience building a net new product from 0 to 1
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered tech components and workflows
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on resource trade-offs
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements and new product development
• Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership
