Description

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Natera, you will analyze clinical specimens and maintain lab equipment. Your work supports genetic testing for oncology, women's health, and organ health, contributing to earlier and more targeted interventions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years clinical lab experience as Med Tech
• BS/BA in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences
• Current MT/MLS/CLS certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Molecular biology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Verify specimens and perform tests
• Follow GLP and maintain organized workspace
• Train and guide new lab operators/scientists
• Recognize and escalate equipment malfunctions
• Perform quality control procedures
