🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategy across all functions
  • Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build talent pipelines
  • Design and manage structured internship and early-career talent program
  • Optimize ATS workflow, automation, reporting, and recruiting metrics

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning
  • Experience designing and managing internship or early-career programs
