💼 About This Role

You'll process vendor invoices and employee expenses, ensuring accurate coding and allocations in a multi-entity environment. You'll support month-end close and budget alignment by collaborating with AP Lead and FP&A. This role offers the chance to improve AP processes and work in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded to departments, cost centers, and accounts.
• Support AP cutoffs and month-end close activities.
• Assist with AP accrual preparation and budget alignment.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• Understanding of VAT concepts, ideally with exposure to Portuguese VAT.
• Comfortable working with allocations, cost centers, and budgets.
