💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end customer onboarding for a highly configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance space. Your core impact is translating complex requirements into fully functional solutions while managing multiple implementations simultaneously. This contract role offers fully remote work with approximately 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers.
• Translate complex customer needs into configuration plans and workflows.
• Coordinate across customer success, technical, and product stakeholders.
• Track project progress, report KPIs, and manage risks and blockers.
• Configure and optimize the SaaS platform for each customer use case.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage ambiguous projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams (solutions engineers, delivery, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
