You'll oversee federal fisheries modernization projects, ensuring critical regulatory and policy actions are delivered on time and in full compliance with statutory requirements. You'll lead contractor teams and coordinate with federal stakeholders to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute structured project plans aligned with federal fisheries policy
• Track Magnuson-Stevens Act deadlines to prevent compliance risks
• Coordinate with federal leadership and regional offices to align priorities
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and optimize resource allocation across initiatives
• Oversee documentation accuracy, Federal Register submissions, and compliance recordkeeping

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management in federal contracting or government
• Experience managing complex schedules and multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Ability to coordinate across organizational and regional boundaries remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement
