🎯 What You'll Do

• Build high-throughput backend services for streaming chat between user and agent.
• Design collaborative 'Multiplayer Computer' for real-time shared shells and filesystems.
• Develop infrastructure empowering product engineers to ship delightful experiences.
• Design durable interfaces between the Agent and internal/external systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience building backend services and platforms.
• Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously.
• Values simplicity and pragmatism; ships incrementally.
• Collaborative team player with shared ownership.

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack development experience.
• Building AI-powered tooling or products.
• Experience with collaborative editing (OT, CRDTs, or Git internals).
