You'll evaluate and execute direct private equity seeding and stakes transactions across middle market sectors. You'll own complex financial models, support deal execution, and present recommendations to investment committees. This role offers exposure to a broad range of investment opportunities within a global alternative asset manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate seeding, staking, and co-investment opportunities
• Build and maintain fund- and asset-level financial models
• Participate in due diligence and term sheet negotiation
• Prepare investment memoranda and portfolio updates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• 1-2 years in private equity or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling and LBO knowledge
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
