💼 About This Role

You'll build the foundational systems powering our AI agents, including orchestration, state management, and evaluation pipelines for multi-agent systems in healthcare. Your work will directly impact production-grade reliability at scale. You'll own critical backend services end-to-end and shape the agentic platform architecture with the founding team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build core agent orchestration and state management systems
• Develop infrastructure for integrating and evaluating AI models at scale
• Build APIs and abstractions for shipping new agent capabilities
• Own backend services from architecture through deployment and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with TypeScript/Node
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and async architectures
• Proven ability to ship systems and iterate quickly
• Experience owning and taking responsibility for systems and infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience building platform or infrastructure systems at scale
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI models into production systems
• Background in event-driven architectures or workflow engines
