💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day IT operations and end-user services for Riveron India. You'll manage laptop lifecycle, coordinate with the Managed Service Provider, and support infrastructure and procurement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage laptop and asset lifecycle, provisioning, and inventory tracking
• Act as primary contact with Managed Service Provider ensuring SLA adherence
• Support office IT infrastructure including networks, printers, and AV

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in IT operations or end-user support
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac laptops and endpoint management
• Experience working with MSPs and third-party vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

• Experience supporting global or multi-location teams
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks
• ITIL Foundation or service management knowledge
