Description

You will conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), all while upholding ethical standards in a nonprofit ABA organization.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Hawaii state Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
• Experience in ABA services behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including proficiency with technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities
