🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver core platform capabilities for next-generation applications.
• Lead high-level design discussions resolving complex trade-offs.
• Partner with Product and Design to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers to foster technical curiosity and high performance.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software.
• Expert in Go, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Strong product intuition and outcome-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn ideas into production-ready reality.
