You'll drive mid-market growth in the DACH region, owning the full sales cycle for AI-powered customer experience solutions at a rapidly growing cloud company. You'll build pipeline through multi-channel prospecting and close net-new logos, collaborating with SDRs and partners.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and build sales pipeline through SDRs, partners, and self-generation
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and closing
- Conduct deep-dive discovery to map AI solutions to prospect business goals
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- Proven commercial sales experience with new business track record
- Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline success
- Experience in software or technology sales
