Description

As a Benefits Analyst at CarGurus, you will oversee and administer North America benefits programs with a focus on leaves, disability, and accommodations, while partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize offerings and ensure excellent employee service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of U.S. benefits experience, preferably in fast-paced, growing tech environments
• Experience in health and welfare, well-being, life and disability, leaves, 401(k), and voluntary plans
• Proven ability to independently own several areas of benefits responsibilities with careful tracking and clear communication
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employee benefits regulations (ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of assigned benefits programs, focusing on leave of absence, disability, and accommodations
• Manage leave and accommodation cases end-to-end, partnering with vendors and communicating with HR Strategy Partners, employees, and managers
• Provide guidance and education to employees and managers as a subject matter expert on benefits programs
• Monitor vendor performance, data, and reporting to identify issues and hold partners accountable to service levels
