💼 About This Role

You'll scale thermal protection systems manufacturing at a space infrastructure startup, owning in-house heatshield production from layup to cure. Your work will directly increase vehicle build cadence for orbital manufacturing missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical direction to improve build processes and scale cadence
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on production challenges
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analysis
• Develop and standardize integration processes for vehicles

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering
• 1-4 years of manufacturing experience
• Proven experience on complex technical programs, preferably aerospace
• Hands-on experience building complex vehicles

• Experience with aerospace vehicle systems
• Experience transitioning assemblies from development to production
• Experience with tooling design using 3D CAD software
