💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Marketing and Growth teams to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. You'll own end-to-end financials for your area, building business cases and delivering actionable insights on acquisition performance. This role offers the chance to shape Monzo's commercial strategy in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Growth and Marketing budget
• Drive commercial performance via actionable insights on CAC and LTV
• Lead preparation of bottom-up forecasts and stress testing
• Build trusted relationships with business leadership team

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in financial business partnering
• Qualified with relevant professional qualification
• Advanced financial modelling in Excel/Google Sheets/Anaplan
• SQL and data analysis experience
