💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 care to a 72-year-old client with a trach in their home. You'll develop high-acuity skills with hospital-level care in a home setting. No trach experience? We'll train you!

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a client with a trach.
• Monitor client condition and manage tracheostomy/ventilator care.
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise).
• Collaborate with clinical support team as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work overnight or weekend shifts as specified.

• Previous home health or trach/vent experience.
• BLS certification.
