💼 About This Role

You'll support identity, devices, and SaaS platforms for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company, providing hands-on IT support and managing MDM fleets. You'll own end-to-end IT operations that directly enable the deployment of gigawatt-scale compute. You'll work with cutting-edge AI teams at Anthropic, Google, and Meta.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve Help Desk tickets and provide hands-on IT support.
• Manage macOS, iOS, and Windows devices via MDM.
• Troubleshoot basic network and A/V systems in office.
• Administer Okta integrations and role-based access controls.

📋 Requirements

• Okta administration experience (users, groups, app integrations).
• Google Workspace and some Office 365 knowledge.
• Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows (Iru/Kandji preferred).
• Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation.

✨ Nice to Have

• No-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows, n8n, Zapier).
• Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other compliance frameworks.
