Description

You will lead data-driven discussions with merchants on payment optimization strategies, focusing on PINless debit. You will design experiments, analyze results, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive merchant success and shape Stripe's product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in payments at a leading technology company or consultancy
• Deep expertise in PINless debit
• Understanding of e-commerce payments, card-based processing, and PINless debit regulations
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive business results independently
• Experience presenting directly to merchants

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on usage of Stripe's PINless debit offering
• Design and collaborate on PINless debit experiments with Data Science, owning analysis and customer-facing readouts
• Serve as internal expert on PINless debit, relaying customer feedback to Product to shape roadmap
• Work with account teams to manage Visa/Mastercard incentive offers, churn risks, and volume win-back initiatives
• Lead discussions with merchants and provide Sales team with tools and training on payment optimization
