You'll own the full lifecycle of customer renewals at Knock, an API-first notification platform. Your core impact is driving retention and expansion for existing customers through proactive commercial conversations. You'll help shape renewal processes as an early hire in a fast-growing Series A startup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewals from early outreach to contract execution
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Maintain renewal forecasts and flag at-risk accounts
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Comfortable negotiating pricing and contract terms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
โจ Nice to Have
- Understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR and churn
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company
