You'll own the full lifecycle of customer renewals at Knock, an API-first notification platform. Your core impact is driving retention and expansion for existing customers through proactive commercial conversations. You'll help shape renewal processes as an early hire in a fast-growing Series A startup.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own renewals from early outreach to contract execution
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain renewal forecasts and flag at-risk accounts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Comfortable negotiating pricing and contract terms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

  • Understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR and churn
  • Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company
