Description
As a Commercial Growth Account Executive, you will identify new workloads within existing accounts that already use MongoDB Atlas, driving expansion through pipeline generation and outbound activities. You will articulate the value of MongoDB's evolving developer data platform, support customers throughout their journey, and build relationships with decision-makers to foster adoption and retention.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in database or software
- Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in competitive environment (top 10% performer)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, tenacious, team-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with sales tech stack (Salesforce.com, Outreach, Chorus.ai) preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify new workloads and use cases within existing accounts to increase Atlas consumption through pipeline generation and outbound activities
- Articulate value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and evolving developer data platform
- Support customers throughout their journey, addressing queries and ensuring optimal product usage
- Develop relationships within accounts to promote visibility and deepen partnership with decision-makers
- Navigate diverse industries with data-driven discovery and sales process to land and expand workloads
