As a Warehouse Lead at HelloFresh, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping. You'll supervise and coach a team, ensure compliance with safety and standard processes, and work to meet key performance indicators. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years warehouse experience in food/ manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Material Handling Equipment certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environment

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory and stock control
• Supervise receiving, inventory, staging, and shipping activities
• Ensure compliance with standard processes
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members
• Provide daily updates on receiving status, issues, and projects
