You'll oversee natural gas turbine operations powering state-of-the-art AI data centers, serving as the technical authority on-site to ensure high availability for mission-critical infrastructure. You'll bridge engineering design and day-to-day operational excellence in a vertically integrated energy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead plant engineering design and capital projects from concept to execution
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and NERC standards
• Provide expert technical guidance for troubleshooting equipment problems
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure modes analysis for corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Prior experience with turbine operations in power delivery or heavy industrial environments
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and integrated energy systems
• Proven ability to resolve plant operational issues through technical root cause analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Factory training or certifications from major turbine OEMs (e.g., GE, Solar)
• Experience with control systems such as GE Mark VIe or Emerson Ovation
• OSHA 30-hour certification or Certified Safety Professional designation
