You'll expand our supplier network across North America, supporting the procurement of plants and hardscape materials. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit new suppliers for the marketplace.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and onboard suppliers onto the platform.
• Support suppliers with platform usage and issue resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supplier development or procurement
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM software and data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in landscaping or horticulture industry.
• Knowledge of B2B marketplace dynamics.
• Spanish language proficiency.
