You'll lead CRO laboratory projects for a Precision for Medicine client, accelerating novel therapeutics development. Your core impact involves managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships to ensure project success. This role offers the chance to mentor junior PMs while working fully remotely.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead projects from conception through close-out, ensuring detailed planning and execution.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, and resource plans.
• Communicate with clients on data management, inventory control, and shipping procedures.
• Monitor operational delivery progress against contracted timelines and budget.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories at a CRO, pharma, or biotech.
• Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Mentoring junior Project Managers.
• Experience with assay development and clinical testing.
• Familiarity with biorepository/sample management and logistics.
