You'll define product specification and roadmap for autonomous defense systems at a next-generation defense prime. You'll manage timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. This role offers the chance to shape mission-critical technology with real-world impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product specifications based on customer feedback and market analysis.
• Develop and maintain project timelines across the product lifecycle.
• Oversee technical development across R&D and industrialization phases.
• Manage allocation of engineering resources to meet project goals.

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years experience.
• Experience in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, high-complexity aerospace/defense/robotics projects.
• Strong technical background to resolve complex engineering challenges.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ecosystem knowledge in radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, or AI.
• Experience with industrialization of defense systems.
