💼 About This Role

You'll drive OEM sales growth for genomics products across Europe. Your core impact is expanding partnerships with NGS platform developers and diagnostic companies. You'll directly shape business development strategy in a fast-growing biotech.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing OEM accounts.
  • Identify and develop new commercial partnerships with genomics tool developers.
  • Deliver technical presentations and negotiate custom agreements.
  • Manage CRM pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.

📋 Requirements

  • BS in molecular biology or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of OEM sales experience selling DNA/RNA modifying enzymes.
  • Broad technical knowledge of NGS technology and enzymology.
  • Experience in start-up environments is highly desirable.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ISO13485 quality standards.
  • Experience with IVD regulatory framework.
  • Competence in Google Suite, MS Office, and Salesforce.
