You'll own features across the full development lifecycle at Relay, building digital banking products that help small businesses succeed. You'll tackle complex problems and ship high-quality code, shaping systems that power our platform. This role offers the chance to work across our full product suite influencing technical decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features from design to deployment and monitoring
• Manage production systems and optimize infrastructure
• Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams
• Identify areas for technical and process improvement

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Full-stack development skills across frontend and backend
• Experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies
• Working knowledge of AWS (ECS, S3, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda)
