💼 About This Role

You'll lead go-to-market programs for Rubrik's SaaS and AI product portfolio. Your work will drive narrative shift from backup to cyber resilience and enable field teams with impactful messaging. This role sits at the center of two of the most consequential categories in enterprise technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end go-to-market programs for SaaS and AI products.
• Develop sales enablement assets like battle cards and objection frameworks.
• Create compelling content for IT directors, security leaders, and CISOs.
• Coordinate with regional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise product marketing experience targeting IT or security.
• Direct experience marketing Security, AI, or cloud platforms to enterprises.
• Proven track record of go-to-market motions driving pipeline and revenue.
• Strong experience building field enablement programs used by sales teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain experience in enterprise SaaS protection, M365, data security, or AI governance.
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem including Copilot or Azure AI.
• Direct customer-facing experience with enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts.
