Description

You will lead the Engineering team, overseeing all building maintenance, repair, and operations to ensure tenant satisfaction, safety, and efficiency. You'll manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, budgets, and staff, while collaborating with tenants and contractors.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED and 10+ years industry experience
• 5+ years supervisory experience including performance appraisals
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, energy management software, and CMMS
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Monitor energy usage and ensure efficient operations
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvement projects
• Prepare budgets, control inventory, and manage purchasing
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff
