Description

Provide one-on-one personal care and assistance with daily living activities for a client in Somerset, NJ. You will support their daytime routine, ensure safety and comfort, and communicate with clinical teams to follow an individualized care plan.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent full-time care
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Experience with personal care or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support client's daytime routine, comfort, and safety
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
• Follow individualized care plan and observe changes in condition
