• Build AI features in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
• Develop LLM prompts, workflows, and guardrails
• Integrate Salesforce AI with telephony and automation tools
• Run experiments tracking deflection, AHT, and CSAT

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or platform development
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Apex, Flows, integrations)
• Delivered GenAI or LLM solutions in production
• Understanding of APIs and event-driven architectures
