🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess employee training needs with management and SMEs.

• Lead projects through the ADDIE development cycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline.
• Experience working with complex technical content.
