You'll be the first face visitors see at our Surrey office, ensuring a positive and productive environment. You'll support workplace programs and day-to-day operations including administrative needs. This role combines reception, office operations, and event planning.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Greet and direct on-site visitors professionally
  • Manage visitor system and issue badges
  • Order and manage office and break room supplies
  • Assist with planning office events and VIP visits

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years receptionist or administrative assistant experience
  • Customer focus and flexibility are a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience with Verkada
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
