Description
You will serve as a first or second point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving technical issues through SQL queries, API testing, and log analysis. You'll own issues end-to-end, collaborate with engineering teams, and contribute to documentation and incident management to improve system stability and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and scripting (bash)
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues using SQL, API testing, and log analysis
- Assist with system configuration, API troubleshooting, and integration support
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and operational documentation
- Escalate complex issues to Product/Engineering teams with reproduction steps
