Description

You will own and scale our mass hiring operations in Colombia, designing the end-to-end hiring process from candidate acquisition to onboarding as a data-driven, scalable system. You'll work at the intersection of product management and operational process design, directly impacting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the end-to-end mass hiring process in Colombia
• Design selection process considering legal requirements and stakeholder expectations
• Continuously improve hiring processes, define bottlenecks, formulate and validate hypotheses
• Manage acquisition channels and optimize hiring funnel: conversion rates, cost, and efficiency
• Collaborate with HR automation and analytics teams to implement required tools
