💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategic growth and mission adoption of Skydio solutions across US Navy, US Marine Corps, and IC/SOCOM accounts. You'll lead account strategy, build trusted relationships with operational commands and acquisition organizations, and navigate complex defense structures to deliver operational value. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Skydio's footprint in maritime, expeditionary, and special mission environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute account strategy for Navy, Marine Corps, and IC/SOCOM portfolios
• Identify, qualify, and mature opportunities from pre-solicitation through post-award
• Develop multi-year account plans with funding pathways and transition strategies
• Engage fleet operators, acquisition professionals, and mission owners to align capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise hardware, software, or SaaS sales experience
• Demonstrated success closing complex DoD/IC deals with multiple stakeholders
• Deep understanding of Navy, Marine Corps, SOCOM, or IC organizational structures
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including SOCOM and IC-specific contracting

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Navy, Marine Corps, SOF, or IC service with sUAS operational experience
• Experience transitioning RDT&E projects into enduring programs
• Familiarity with maritime operations, expeditionary warfare, or tactical ISR
